Duties to Perform are, but not limited to, the following:

Inventory
1. Record all containers that are present in the yard every week at the beginning of the week
2. Record engine hours, crane ours, and mileage on all cranes
3. Record hours and mileage for internal vehicles – forklifts, trucks, lifts, and scrubber
4. Refill fuel cans that are located in rental department containers
5. Organization of your work area, job boxes, and rental department storage containers

Trash Collection
1. Pick up trash around the Giuffre building
2. Pick up trash and empty cans in the Tractor Trailer parking lot
3. Pick up trash around neighboring companies
4. Empty cans within the building

Property Maintenance
1. Cut grass when needed.
2. Weed eat when needed
3. Ability to adequately run a sprayer, pump and golf cart tow behind
4. Trim hedges and bushes as needed
5. Replace light bulbs within the building as needed
6. Ability to fix or replace door handles, door stops, and door springs
7. Clean, sweep, and operate floor scrubber in the service shop
8. Put up and take down property flags using a ladder or lift
9. Clean parking lot

Pressure Washing Vehicle Maintenance
1. Ability to adequately clean cranes inside and out
2. Ability to clean company vehicles inside and out
3. Ability to clean rental units inside and out before customer pickups or drop offs

Container Maintenance
1. DE identify new container purchases
2. Clean or sweep the inside of the containers
3. Touch up areas that are dented or scratched with provided materials
4. Ability to adequately apply decals ranging from 6”x6” to 1’x8’ in size
5. Identify containers with provided unit numbers using paint
6. Install grease fittings, grease, lube gaskets, and lube hinges

Multiple properties owned by owner that may need maintenance as well
**Snow moving, or plowing experience is a plus and will be paid more for it**
